CBC Cleaning & Restoration has been in business since 1978 serving Santa Clarita Valley and surrounding areas. Gordon Glasnow, the founder of CBC Cleaning & Restoration originally started the business as Carpet Beauty Care and over the years the name evolved to better describe the many services that CBC offers. Located in the Valencia Industrial Center, CBC’s 12 trucks and 22 employees have easy access to all areas of the SC Valley to provide superior cleaning, repair and disaster response services.
CBC offers carpet, upholstery, tile/grout and area rug cleaning, repair services for all types of flooring, paint/drywall and cabinetry as well as disaster services for water, fire, and mold. As a general contractor, CBC not only responds to your emergency within 60 minutes, they also provide full restoration services to bring your home or commercial building back to its pre-loss condition. CBC’s lead technicians are all certified by IICRC in cleaning, repair, water damage and mold remediation. All staff attends continuing education classes to remain “cutting-edge” in the industry.
